Yu Huang PhD is the Professor of Biomedical Sciences and the Director of Heart and Vascular Institute (Basic Sciences) at Chinese University of Hong Kong, China. Dr. Huang obtained his BSc from Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University and received a PhD from University of Cambridge in Pharmacology, followed by postdoctoral trainings at University of Vermont and University of California, Los Angeles. His research interests include vascular biology, endothelial dysfunction, atherosclerosis, and vascular inflammation. He is a Fellow of the International Society for Heart Research and the Hong Kong Research Grants Council Senior Research Fellow. He is the Principal Investigator of the Huang Lab at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
